I tend to come up with mnemonics and acronyms, rather than foundational phrases. But I know what you mean about the importance of rhythm, and being easy to repeat.
For instance, I use PACE, which stands for making your message Personal, Actionable, Conversational, and Emotional. And recently, I coined the term “ABCD headline”, which means to make your talk’s title (or ebook’s title) contain elements of Action, Benefit, Conversation, and a Digit.
I think I’m missing out by not using foundational phrases as such, though, so thanks for the suggestion and tips. I’m sure adding a memorable phrase to the techniques I use now will help me get my message across.
